It's the most wonderful time of year, and our social calendars are filling up with office parties, celebratory dinners, decorating the tree, and planning time with family and friends. Holiday preparations can be stressful, hectic, and sometimes exhausting. Self-care is essential year-round, but especially during the holiday season, when you can get lost in the magic. 'Tis the season for gift-giving, so don't forget about treating yourself! Here are some little ways we can treat ourselves during the holidays so that we can enjoy the season.

Lifelong learning not only teaches us valuable skills, but it also keeps our brains sharp and gives us self confidence.

One of the simplest ways you can treat yourself is to take yourself on a date. Taking yourself out on a date could be fun and empowering.
