With Thanksgiving coming up and holiday gatherings right behind it, I thought it’d be fun to take a break from fashion and share something from my kitchen. A friend introduced me to this easy air fryer bruschetta recipe in the spring, and now it’s my go-to whenever I need to pull together something fast but impressive. The base is simple: slices of baguette topped with creamy Alouette Garlic & Herb cheese, a ricotta-burrata blend, air-fried grape tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of hot honey for a little unexpected heat. It’s the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and tangy. And, ready in about 20 minutes — which means you can pull it together while pouring a glass of wine or chatting with guests in the kitchen. Why You’ll Love This Air Fryer Bruschetta If you love a recipe that’s equal parts easy and impressive, this air fryer roasted tomato bruschetta is it. Ingredients for Bruschetta How to Make Easy Air Fryer Bruschetta Roast the tomatoes – Toss grape tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in your air fryer at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until they are blistered and caramelized. Toast the baguette – Spread a layer of…

*Guest Contribution Inconsistent eating or choosing unhealthy options due to time constraints or fatigue after a long day of work can significantly impact your overall well-being. Finding a balance between nourishing eating habits and a busy lifestyle is a challenging yet vital step for maximizing your performance levels and overall well-being. Why Quick, Healthy Meals Matter for Energy and Glow Eating beneficial options can have a pivotal influence on your health. From skin to hair health, what you eat and how often you eat matters. Studies have shown that many people are skipping meals due to busy schedules, despite the evident consequences of poor nutrition. Much of this occurs due to poor time management, which can lead to an unbalanced diet. Since each second is so valuable, ensure you are incorporating the proper nutrients into your snacks and meals. Plan to set aside time the night before to prepack your food. Home-cooked meals are typically healthier than takeout or fast food, more cost-effective and easy to make.

Every year, thousands of people take on the challenge of Dry January—giving up alcohol for the entire month. Some do it for health reasons, others as a personal challenge, and many just to see if they can. I decided to challenge myself this year, and after 31 days without alcohol, I have a lot to share. Here’s what happened when I did dry January. What’s the Point of Dry January? Dry January isn’t just about skipping your evening glass of wine or passing on a cocktail with friends. It’s a reset—a chance to evaluate your relationship with alcohol, see how your body feels without it, and maybe even develop new habits. Many people report better sleep, clearer skin, weight loss, and improved mental clarity. Dry January was a way to test my willpower, break my routine, and see if I felt any different physically. Dry January: Week one Giving up alcohol sounds simple in theory, but in practice, it was initially tough. It’s such a normalized part of socializing and unwinding that suddenly eliminating it can feel like a major shift. My Dry January journey started with a bit of resistance from my husband. On New Year’s Eve, I opened…

Do you share the same obsession with Trader Joe’s that I do? I’m not a fan of grocery shopping, and luckily my husband usually takes care of that, but there’s something about a TJ’s run that brings me joy. And there’s nothing better than discovering a new TJ’s find. Well, they have so many good things this summer, so I stocked up over the weekend. Here’s what I got in my Trader Joe’s haul, including some of my go-to favorites that I always grab and new products I’m excited to try! Trader Joe’s Haul: Breakfast This is my favorite oatmeal, and it’s ready in 3 minutes! These egg frittatas are another breakfast staple for me. The Mint Watermelon is seasonal, and I’m excited to try it! Trader Joe’s Haul: Lunch & Dinner Soups are another year-round staple and an easy meal when you’re in a pinch.

Did you have a good weekend? My birthday plans were switched out at the last minute because my husband was asked to work on Saturday evening. Despite that, we had a great weekend. I kicked it off with dinner and margaritas at Uncle Julio’s on Friday night (their spicy jalapeno margaritas are the best!). He was sport to go shopping on Saturday afternoon, so I could pick up all of my birthday freebee’s and take advantage of the Kendra Scott discount (did you know you get 50% off any item during your birthday month?). Saturday night rounded out with drinks and apps with some girlfriends. Thank you so much to everyone who messaged, texted, and commented birthday wishes! You made me feel so special! Today I wanted to share my recent TraderJoe’s haul with you. They are killing it as usual, with everything fun and unique. There were too way too many things that ended up in my shopping cart to put into one post. Here are some of the best Trader Joe’s products to pick up this fall. Trader Joe’s Advent Calendars My SIL has always gotten my daughter an Advent calendar for the holidays,…

Here’s a rundown of some of my favorite things that came home with me and the best Trader Joe’s products this spring! Tea I drink hot tea every morning, and Earl Grey is one of my staples. When Life Gives You Lemons loose leaf tea is great when you feel under the weather or just plain cold and rainy outside. Everything but the Bagel Seasoning If you’re going to get anything at Trader Joe’s, get this. It’s so good on avocado toast, roasted veggies, and as a seasoning for grilled chicken. Cookies I’ve been struggling to find gluten, dairy, egg-free sweet treat for our daughter, and these Soft Baked Snickerdoodle cookies meet our dietary restrictions and are delicious.

The most wonderful time of year is upon us! The holidays can be both exciting and stressful at the same time. We know what needs to be done, but sometimes things fall through the cracks. I’ve got 5 holiday prep tips to help you prepare and be ready for your get together’s, parties, and overnight guests, so that you’ll be organized and can spend more time enjoying the season! 5 Tips to Help Prep for the Holidays 1. Declutter, make space in your closets and donate those unneeded items before you pull out the holiday decorations. All of the extra holiday stuff can make an already cluttered room feel chaotic. 2. Whether or not your planning to have guests, you never know when someone might need to stay over due to the weather or unforeseen circumstance. Add some festive sheets and towels, a little dish with toiletries, etc so you’re prepared and won’t have to worry about it. Bonus, if the room is made up, you’ll be less likely to use it as a dumping ground for miscellaneous stuff. 3. Get your kitchen ready by stocking your pantry with entertaining essentials like crackers, jam, olives, nuts, pasta, basic spices,…
