Our gym has red light therapy. I am going to start trying to do it every Wednesday to see if it makes a difference on my sun damage. Might have to invest in my own mask!!

Great way to look at it.
I was listening to a podcast and one of the guys talking about how it works was a dentist.
theres a ton of scientific research of how it works and most of it was over my head.
