					<description><![CDATA[I am so impressed that you wake up at 4:30am and go to classes at your gym 5 days per week! Staying active and at least getting outside for a walk to break up the work day is essential for me--and easier now that the days are getting longer/warmer/drier.

					<description><![CDATA[I loved following along with your wellness routine lately, Jill! You are doing incredible with those five classes each week, wow! I bet that keeps it interesting with the classes being different, and I know cutting out the processed stuff and sugar has to be so hard. I mainly drink mine with my coffee and some other things too, but the coffee really gets me, haha. I&#x27;ve been working on staying more active too but doing mine at home so far. I just did a 5k over the weekend and was really excited with how I went. Now I&#x27;m going to try to dial it in and train a little better for my next one in August!

					<description><![CDATA[I love how they&#x27;re different exercise classes every time. That would be right up my alley, and that&#x27;s so good for challenging different muscle groups. 

And good job on the clean eating. I don&#x27;t consider it cheating anymore because we also need to enjoy living. So there are some days and times that we indulge in the things we don&#x27;t usually eat.

					<description><![CDATA[I&#x27;ve been kind of bad with my eating the last month and a half and man I can totally tell a difference! Ugh! I have been making Picky Plates for lunch, I&#x27;ve been following her FB group for awhile and I thought I&#x27;d give it a try! It is just like a charcuterie spread, but healthier stuff! I&#x27;ve been doing chicken salad with healthy crackers for my main part of it, but I add pickled things, veggies, fruits/berries and it isn&#x27;t too hard to whip up quickly! I really need to cut back on sugar, mainly in coffee!!! I get up at 5 a.m., so not too far after you!!
