What I’m Reminiscing About
We had to say goodbye to our sweet pup Sierra a few weeks ago. We rescued her, gave her a happy life, and are going to miss her so much!
What We’ve Been Up To
I met Laura and Katherine in the city for brunch earlier this month. Unfortunately, Andrea and Caroline couldn’t make it, but I’m hoping to see both of them for another blogger meet up soon!
We spent last weekend on the east coast visiting our college girl. We saw John Mulaney on Friday night, went to a farmer’s market, and the homecoming football game on Saturday. Saturday night, we walked around Newport and had some fresh seafood for dinner. The weather was beautiful!
Sunday, however, was more like a monsoon, so we headed back into Newport to tour The Elms mansion.

We just finished season 2 of Succession. Looking forward to the new seasons of The Crown and Jack Ryan next month!

What I’m Doing This Weekend
The hubs and I are heading to Las Vegas to spend the weekend with my sister. Our birthdays are two weeks apart and this is her 50th! She moved over a year ago, and our visit is long overdue! I’m not a fan of heights or speed, yet somehow I have a ticket for this on Friday night. Wish me luck!
What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month
Our daughter will be home for Thanksgiving, and we have our Black Friday shopping tradition. November is also my birthday month! I have some plans in the works, but nothing finalized yet.
