It’s time for my monthly review of the Ipsy Glam Bag. If you aren’t familiar with Ipsy, it’s is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription where you get five full or deluxe size samples of a variety of products and a cute makeup bag all for $10! You never know what you’ll get and I’ve been lucky to receive a great selection of products almost every month so far. Here’s what I got in mine in March:
pūr~lisse beauty pūr~delicate gentle soymilk cleanser & makeup remover
This sulfate free cleanser smells great. It removed my makeup and left my face feeling smooth and clean.
Verdict:
NYX Cosmetics Butter Lipstick
This was a full size product and I received the neutral Pops color. I loved the texture. It glided on, kept my lips moisturized and stayed put for several hours.
Verdict:
Coolway Glow Oil Treatment
I’m always worried that oil treatments will make my hair look greasy. I applied to wet hair and only to the ends. This product smelled great and left my hair soft and shiny with zero frizz.
Verdict:
Pixi by Petra Mesmerizing Mineral Duo
The neutral colors are gorgeous and have a hint of shimmer. These shadows blended easily and the silky texture lasted all day.
Verdict:
Boo-Boo Cover-Up
This face and body formula promises coverage for skin imperfections and contains ingredients that promote healing. I received the medium shade. The consistency was thick so I mixed it with eye cream and used it as a concealer.
