I think mentioned that last week I was headed to my daughter’s college orientation and stayed in a dorm suite with other parents. The accommodations were as expected – prison-quality bedding, but I have to say, my “roommates” were so much fun! After going out for dinner at a cute restaurant right on the ocean, we headed back to the dorm with a few bottles of wine, and, well, it was just like being back in college! We hung out and had a really nice evening!

Anyway, on to today’s outfit! I recently joined Peach as a brand ambassador, and this cute and sporty dress was one of the pieces I received from their summer collection. Peach was founded on the idea that a lifestyle brand can help women elevate their everyday by designing contemporary fashion for the gym, work and play! The Isla dress is a must-have for summer! It has a slip base layer with a sheer striped overlay and is super comfortable to wear. It runs true to size, and for reference, I’m wearing a small. It also comes in white. I wanted to show how versatile this summer dress is and styled it for you dressed up and down!

How I Elevated My Sporty Dress

One of the reasons I like wearing athletic dresses is because they are comfortable. Playing with different accessories is the oldest and easiest way to spice up a sporty dress. I choose a long lariat-style necklace and pink statement earrings to contrast with the blue. Instead of sneakers, I opted for a pair of wedge sandals to instantly give the outfit a boost.

For the ultimate everyday sporty look, I paired my athletic dress with classic Puma sneakers combined with a pair of fun, bright pink leather earrings to add interest.
