Pin-Spired Outfits – September 2014

I can’t believe it’s Labor Day weekend!  Did the summer fly by for you too?  With September right around the corner, it’s time for another round of Pinspired looks!  Linking up with Pinterest Told Me ToMix and Match Family & The Larson Lingo.  Even though it’s the end of summer, there will be plenty of warm days still ahead so I’m recreating looks that will transition well into fall.  All of my recreations are from things I already have in my closet.

Pin-spiration #1

Gray tee, statement necklace, boyfriend jeans, pink flats and bracelets

My Recreation

Tee / Jeans / Necklace (Similar) / Shoes (Similar)

This is my favorite outfit!  Comfy and laid back, yet still put together.

Pin-spiration #2

Plaid button down, black skirt, white heels, fedora, green bag, sunnies

My Recreation

Shirt (Similar) / Skirt / Sunnies (Similar) / Fedora (Similar) / Bag (Similar) / Booties

I didn’t have green plaid or a green bag, but I had red.  I swapped the white heels for neutral booties.  I’m have a heavy meeting schedule at work this fall and will need lots of workwear outfits.  I will definitely be wearing this again, minus the hat.

Pin-Spiration #3

White tee, statement necklace, striped skirt, jean jacket, booties

My Recreation

Tee (Similar) / Skirt (Similar) / Jean Jacket / Booties

I had the almost exact pieces in my closet so my recreated look is very similar.  Another workwear outfit I will be wearing again this fall!

Pin-Spiration #4

Mint top, striped sweater, white skinnies, neutral heels & bracelet, green belt

My Recreation

Jeans / Tank / Sandals / Sunnies

I had a mint top, white skinny jeans and a white and beige striped sweater.  Since heels don’t work for my everyday life, I swapped them for neutral sandals.  It’s a different look but that’s okay because you need to make it work for you!

Thanks for stopping by and reading today!  Have a fabulous Labor Day weekend!
