Sweetflexx Resistance Leggings Review

What Are Resistance Leggings?
Enter Sweetflexx. Launched in 2015, this innovative company has created workout gear to help men and women burn more calories by adding seamlessly integrated resistance bands to their leggings and tops. The resistance technology applies a slight but constant resistance with every step you take. The extra resistance added to your daily movements helps to strengthen and tone your muscles.
Sweetflexxhas infused their fabric with crushed jade stone which helps lower your body temperature up to 10 degrees. So, whether you wear them to workout, run errands, or an everyday athleisure look, you will improve your muscle tone and burn more calories. According to a study conducted by Yale University, a woman my size averaged about 255 extra calories burned in one day! How sweet is that?
Where I Wore My Resistance Leggings
I wore the leggings for a whole-body strength training workout, walking with my dog, and at my desk and around the house. I could definitely feel the difference in my legs during my strength training workouts! There was an added degree of difficulty to take your workout up a notch. My long walks felt more energetic, and you can’t beat the extra calories burned by wearing them as everyday athleisure.
Are Sweetflexx Leggings Comfortable?
Sweetflexx leggings run true to size, and, despite the 4 pounds of resistance per leg, they are not bulky. I think that they are just as comfortable as my regular leggings. Similar to compression leggings, they feel snug, supportive, and more durable.
