I swim several days a week, and with that, my skin always feels parched and damaged from the chlorine. Even after I shower my skin still feels dry, so I moisturize my body religiously. It’s no secret that I have pale skin but gone are the days where I will sit outside and bake in the sun. Now, I’m more careful, and want to slow down the wrinkles and stop the skin damage. So once summer hits, I also use a self tanner to get my skin summer ready.I’ve used Jergens® Natural Glow® products for the past several years.

I’m excited about their newest line, Jergens® Natural Glow® Wet Skin Moisturizer. This is not your typical sunless tanning product and I’m obsessed! After you shower, you apply it to wet skin, without rinsing, and then towel dry. It’s developed specifically for wet skin and when mixed with water, it glides on to not only lock in moisture, but also builds a natural glow in 3 – 5 days. Don’t worry, it won’t stain your towels! The ingredient that creates the color, DHA, only interacts with the proteins in your skin.

JERGENS Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturizer is available in 2 shades: Fair to Medium and Medium to Tan. I picked up the Fair to Medium at my local Walmart.

Some tips and tricks:

Be sure to exfoliate before first use

Use sparingly on dry areas like knuckles, knees, ankles and in between fingers/toes

Apply on wet skin immediately after showering

Towel dry as normal—this is key to achieving streak-free, natural-looking color

Use daily in place of your regular moisturizer to achieve beautiful, natural-looking color and then use every other day to maintain your color

Jergens® Natural Glow® Wet Skin Moisturizer really works! My skin feels so smooth and hydrated despite all of the pool time. Plus, it’s more than just a dry skin treatment for my post swim shower. It saves me a step in my morning routine and I started seeing a healthy glow in about 5 days that I can now easily build on with every use!

Do you use a sunless tanner to get a natural glow? Have you tried wet skin moisturizers? Let me know in the comments!
