Summer Basics: White Denim + Chambray Slides

Welcome to Thursday Fashion Files! Carrie at Curly Crafty Mom and I are excited to have you here and would love to have you link up one of your latest outfits with us at the bottom of this post.

Do you wear chambray as much as I do? I've got chambray dresses, chambray button-down shirts, chambray shorts...What do you do for a fresh take on chambray this season? You add chambray slides to the mix! This is my second collaboration with Secret Celebrity this spring, and today I'm styling their Daisy sandal.

I've been on the lookout for a pair of chambray sandals for summer, and this pair fits the bill. They have a 1 1/2 inch cork wedge heel, comfy with their memory foam insole and oh so cute with the fringe detail!  The Daisy comes in black and beige as well. They run a little big so size down 1/2 size.

Chambray and white go hand in hand for summer, so I knew right away I'd be wearing these sandals with my white denim. I needed a light layer and added a kimono (if you don't have a kimono yet, it's the perfect spring and summer topper). These sandals would be cute with a chambray dress for a denim on denim look or with bright shorts and a tank or tee!
