Everyday Style - What I Wore

It was a super busy week at work. Twice I tried to use vacation days, but ended up working half of the day. We do not have any plans this weekend. Sometimes those are the best, so I’m looking forward to it. My photo’s are a little fuzzy this week. I was using my iPhone camera instead of my Cannon.

Sunday

I had a Stella and Dot Trunk show to get my friends together for Spring. It was so fun to hang out with my girlfriends, drink mimosa’s and pick out new jewelry.

Monday

Feeling lazy today. This is the most comfortable shirt and I always feel cozy in it. I did not have plans but had a vacation day scheduled. I had to ditch that idea when I ended up working half of the day again.

Tuesday

I had a meeting for work and needed to be business casual. I love getting dressed up once in awhile. I’m lucky I have the luxury to wear what I want most days. After my meeting, my daughter met me at the United Center for the Hawks game. We had great seats, the Hawks won and we ran into good friends of ours. Such a fun night.

I love wearing this military jacket but am wishing I did not have to still wear my winter coat over it. Will it ever be spring in Chicago?

Thursday

Another vacation day planned but ended up working all morning. I met a friend in the afternoon to help her decorate for spring and pick out some cute things at TJ Maxx for her armoire. Then I had an appointment to get my hair cut and highlighted which was long overdue.

Another casual day. Wearing my favorite heart tee. Looking forward to a weekend of watching movies, reading The Orchardist and getting outside if the weather cooperates
