Ipsy Glam Bag Review – April 2015

It’s time for my monthly review of the Ipsy Glam Bag. If you aren’t familiar with Ipsy, it’s is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription where you get five full or deluxe size samples of a variety of products and a cute makeup bag all for $10! You never know what you’ll get and I’ve been lucky to receive a great selection of products almost every month so far. Here’s what I got in mine in April:

One of my favorite things about Ipsy, besides trying new products, are the cute bags that come with your subscription each month. This month’s bag was a cute woven pattern!

Hikari Cosmetics Blush

I received a full size product in the Tango shade. It’s a pretty pigmented color that was easy to blend. It’s a good color for my skin tone but I thought it looked even better on my daughter so it went to her!

theBalm Cosmetics NUDE Dude Eyeshadow Single

I received the Fit shade, a shimmery copper which is perfect for everyday. It applied smoothly and had staying power.

MicaBeauty Eye Primer

This eye primer has a thick and cakey consistency. I used my beauty blender to apply it but it was still difficult to blend. It’s worked fine, but not my favorite product.

Starlooks Satin Finish Lip Gloss

This is a large size sample and I received the Cuddle (nude) shade. I liked the texture – it went on smoothly and was not sticky. It smelled great too!

Olive Natural Beauty The Olive Lip Balm

This balm left my lips smooth and soft but it smelled strange and was not long lasting.
