Paper bag waist pants are trending, and I love how flattering they are on every body type. The high, wide waist and belt detail is slimming, and the flowy wider leg creates a chic silhouette. With no buttons or zippers, they’re not only super comfortable, but they’re also easy to slip on. Bonus that you can wear them with virtually any shoe from sandals, booties, sneakers, and heels. Styling them from day to night is a cinch with some simple swaps. Today I’m showing 5 ways to wear paper bag waist pants. My paper bag pants are from Mint Julep, and all of these looks are put together from pieces I already had in my closet.
Style tip: Balance these loose and bulkier pants with a more fitted top and wear it tucked in. And, if you’re going to wear a jacket with them, cropped will showcase the waist detail.
