Cute Tie Dye Workout Look

Tie-dye is a novelty that brings back summer memories of making tie-dye tees in the back yard. Adding tie-dye to your workout wear is an easy way to incorporate the trend into your wardrobe. These cute tie-dye capri leggings are reversible to a grey solid, giving you two for the price of one!
I paired my tie-dye leggings with the Rosa Pullover. It’s a great basic, and I love the high/low design. It also comes in white and runs true to size. For reference, I’m wearing an extra small in the leggings and a small in the pullover.
At Home Full Body Workout Routine
We all know that exercise produces endorphins, which improve our moods and helps to relieve stress. But when we’re quarantined at home, it’s easy to put exercise off and fall into an unhealthy routine. With all of these times’ uncertainty, exercising and keeping your body healthy is more important than ever. You don’t need a gym for a good workout. My no equipment home workout routine takes about 10 minutes per set. You can do it anywhere, and you don’t need any equipment. Do three sets of this workout, and you’ll feel like you’ve accomplished something. Plus, it will get your metabolism going and give you an energy boost!
