Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this year, which means we are in for 6 more weeks of winter. He wasn’t kidding either, we’ve had sub-zero temps this past week, and it looks like it’s not going to warm up for another two weeks. Shooting photos in the winter can be challenging, and when I ventured outdoors to shoot today’s post, How to Style Athleisure in the Winter, it was 4 degrees outside. I’m so grateful that my husband offered to take my photos so I wouldn’t have to use my tripod and remote. It was probably the fastest photo shoot I’ve done in a long time.
Anyway, you probably know that I’m a brand ambassador for Peach. Peach was founded on the idea that a lifestyle brand can help women elevate their every day by designing contemporary fashion for the gym, work, and play! Peach’s versatile athleisure pieces have been in my closet rotation more than ever this year. I love the ease, style, and function. Today I wanted to share the second piece I received from their Winter collection, the Stargaze Legging. I love the fun star print and what makes these leggings even better is that they reverse to solid black. They are high waisted, have compression, and go with everything.
Athleisure has been my go-to this winter. The cozier, the better. I wanted an elevated athleisure look and styled my leggings with an oversized sweater, sherpa booties and added a necklace as a completer piece. This outfit is perfect for those zoom meetings at work or if you need to run out to the grocery store or an errand and still look stylish.
