Happy Friday! If your a fan of pumpkin pie, you are going to enjoy this dip! It’s the ideal desert for this time of year and is quick and easy to prepare. Whip this up for a Halloween party this weekend or serve on Thanksgiving or as an after school snack.
~ Ingredients ~
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 package large instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. cool whip
~ Directions ~
Mix pumpkin, spice and pudding mix. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate. I usually serve with ginger cookies but you could serve with apples, graham crackers or celery. If I have extra time, I carve out a small pumpkin for a festive serving dish.
