Fall is in the air, and for those of us who are obsessed with all things pumpkin spice, I’ve got a simple and delicious Pumpkin Spice Smoothie recipe for you! Pumpkins are rich in antioxidants, high in protein, and a good source of vitamin C, essential for healthy skin. In the summer, I usually have a green smoothie almost every morning, and there’s no time like the present to switch things up. Follow my easy pumpkin spice smoothie recipe to have a healthy breakfast treat and celebrate fall! This recipe is so good, you’ll want to have one every morning or for an afternoon treat!
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbs maple syrup
2 scoops collagen peptides or vanilla protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Add 6 – 10 ice cubes to make it nice and cold. Blend until smooth. I like to use a stainless straw to keep it extra cold. Enjoy!
You can serve this pumpkin spice smoothie as a dessert or afternoon treat. Just top it with some whipped cream and cinnamon!
