Being out of town several times this month meant missed days at the gym. I don’t know about you, but f I don’t get my workout in, I can get a little crabby. So when I’m traveling or just short on time, I do one to three sets of this routine which takes about 10 minutes per set. You don’t need any equipment, and when you are finished, you feel great and like you’ve accomplished something! Plus it’s a great workout to get your metabolism going, give yourself an energy boost and start your morning off right!
