I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready to pack away my winter clothing and start wearing some fun spring pieces. But here in the Midwest, while we’ve had hints of spring weather, winter has lingered, and it’s been pretty cold. So, today I wanted to share a cold spring outfit and tips on what to wear in the spring when it’s still cold outside.
What to Wear on a Chilly Spring Day
To pull off a spring look when it’s cold, you want to wear pieces that have that spring vibe, yet are still cozy. I’ve been living in pieces from XCVI. How to Wear Spring Trends When It’s Still Cold Outside
1. Swap your darker denim and pants for white.
2. Brighten things up with pastels and vivid colors.
3. Incorporate floral or stripe prints.
4. Wear a light scarf.

6. Layer over or under.

I love those pants – the white is a great option. My XCVI pieces have been among my favorites during this time, they are cozy and chic and seem to be the perfect weight for the hot temps we’re having. I hope it warms up for you soon!

That coral color is so springy and beachy. It reads warm weather even if you were standing in a blizzard. Especially paired with those funky, fun white pants. I see a little green in the grass around you. That’s a step in the right direction!!
Those pants are just THE best! I love that bright top with them. We were having some really nice Spring weather here and now it is cold again! But, the 50’s are easier to take walks in than the almost 90 degree day we had yesterday!
