Easy Air Fryer Bruschetta Recipe

easy air fryer bruschetta recipe

With Thanksgiving coming up and holiday gatherings right behind it, I thought it’d be fun to take a break from fashion and share something from my kitchen. A friend introduced me to this easy air fryer bruschetta recipe in the spring, and now it’s my go-to whenever I need to pull together something fast but impressive.

The base is simple: slices of baguette topped with creamy Alouette Garlic & Herb cheese, a ricotta-burrata blend, air-fried grape tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of hot honey for a little unexpected heat. It’s the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and tangy. And, ready in about 20 minutes — which means you can pull it together while pouring a glass of wine or chatting with guests in the kitchen.

Why You’ll Love This Air Fryer Bruschetta

  • Comes together in under 20 minutes
  • Uses just a handful of fresh ingredients
  • Layers of creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy flavor
  • Gorgeous presentation that looks like you spent hours
  • Works for any occasion from holiday parties to casual girls’ nights

If you love a recipe that’s equal parts easy and impressive, this air fryer roasted tomato bruschetta is it.

Ingredients for Bruschetta

  • 1 fresh baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • Alouette Garlic & Herb Cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup burrata cheese
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • Hot honey for drizzling

How to Make Easy Air Fryer Bruschetta

Roast the tomatoes – Toss grape tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in your air fryer at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until they are blistered and caramelized.

Toast the baguette – Spread a layer of Alouette Garlic & Herb Cheese on each slice, then air fry for about 4 minutes until lightly golden.

Mix the cheese topping – In a small bowl, combine ricotta and burrata until smooth and creamy.

Assemble – Spread the ricotta-burrata mixture over each toasted baguette slice. Top with a spoonful of roasted tomatoes, add ribbons of fresh basil, and drizzle with hot honey.

Make-Ahead Tip

You can roast the tomatoes ahead of time and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, toast the baguette slices and assemble — they’ll taste just as fresh.

Variations

  • Swap burrata for goat cheese or whipped feta for a tangier bite.
  • Use balsamic glaze instead of hot honey for a classic touch.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes if you want more heat.
  • Try heirloom cherry tomatoes for a colorful twist.

Whether you serve it as a starter for a dinner party or as a casual snack with wine, this easy air fryer bruschetta never disappoints. It has become my go-to for last-minute entertaining.
