I tend to wear more neutrals in the winter, and as much as I love a monochrome look, wearing something with pops of color is the best way to beat the winter blues. Enter this fun printed jumpsuit. It has a close, but comfortable fit with wide legs and a waist-defining attached belt. It’s made with viscose jersey that’s soft on the skin. Vibrant colors and patterns are on trend for spring, and the geometric print gives me all of the ’70s vibes.
Jumpsuit Styling Tips
Define Your Waist
You don’t want to lose yourself in your jumpsuit, especially if it has a bold pattern. Wearing a belt is a great way to define your waist. Some jumpsuits come with a matching belt that you can wear or easily swap out for a statement belt to dress the outfit up, or tie a jacket or button up around your waist to dress it down.
Choose Your Accessories Wisely
The accessories you wear with a jumpsuit are a key part of helping you either dress up or dress down the outfit. Pairing a statement necklace or large hoop gold earrings with a printed jumpsuit will help make your outfit ready for a night out. Layering a denim jacket and adding a baseball hat will make your outfit more casual. Have fun and experiment with different pieces of jewelry, neck scarfs, fedora hats or headbands to change up the look.
Consider Your Shoes
The shoes you wear with a printed jumpsuit are a key part of your outfit. I like to base my shoes on the style of the jumpsuit and on the occasion or place I’m wearing it to. Can you wear ankle boots with a jumpsuit? Of course! What about sneakers? Yes, sneakers are effortless and are a great way to dress down your jumpsuit. For cropped jumpsuits, wear a shoe that finishes at or above your ankle to create balance. For floor length jumpsuits, opt for a pointy toe to balance out the volume of the full leg. Pointy toe flats work great too. Note that if you’re wearing flats, make sure that the hem of the pants are not dragging behind you.
Other Ways to Wear a Printed Jumpsuit
Create a casual jumpsuit outfit with sneakers and a moto jacket. For the office, style your jumpsuit with heels and a blazer. And, for a formal event, opt for strappy sandals and a shrug or shawl.
How I Styled My Jumpsuit Outfit
To style my printed jumpsuit, I kept my accessories simple in order to keep the jumpsuit the star of the show. I paired it with gold drop earrings and a double chain necklace and opted for black pointed toe booties. The look was completed with a red circle handbag for an added punch of color.

I love a good jumpsuit (and romper!), and, you know, I don’t think I have a patterned one! Probably because most of them are casual pieces, but I did have a fancier one that I vividly remember wearing to my yoga teacher training graduation, ha!
I love how you styled this jumpsuit! It truly makes a statement with that pattern and color combo, and you balanced it out so well with the accessories. <3
