This green utility jacket has been one of the most worn staples in my closet for years. The military jacket trend seems to keep coming back every season, and I can see why. It’s a great alternative to a denim jacket, and even though it’s a neutral, it gives your outfit a little color. You can pair it with virtually everything from layering over a tee and leggings for a casual look to over a floral dress for an unexpected combo of masculine and feminine. I have those loafers too and I swear, I get the best use out of them every fall/winter! They are packed away for me at this point – suddenly we’re in the 80’s lately?! The weather has been so bizarre 🙂

I love the olive military jackets and I may have to get one – this outfit is great and so casual but stylish and a great way to keep from being an all-black outfit. I realized I have all of the pieces to recreate this look, (down to the earrings and necklace!) though my jacket is a light-ish navy blue and I’m not sure it’s really military styling….but kinda. I love it with the black pants and the leopard shoes (how have I missed those at Target? Well, I have two pairs of leopard flats so I probably didn’t need to be looking at another pair). And aren’t aviators the only way to go with that look? Thank you so much for the linkup!

I think the drawstring waists that utility jackets have gives them a nice (maybe more feminine?) look.
