If you’ve ever clicked through my blog or scrolled past one of my Instagram outfits and thought, “I love that—where can I get it?”, this is the post for you. One of the easiest ways to find exactly what I’m wearing is by learning how to use the LTK app.
What is LTK?
The LTK app (LikeToKnow.it) is a free shopping platform that lets you follow your favorite creators and shop their outfits, home finds, and beauty picks all in one place. Instead of hunting down links or asking where something is from, you can open the app, tap on a photo, and instantly access the exact (or similar options if something is sold out) pieces featured. It’s organized, user-friendly, and makes it easy to go from outfit inspiration to adding-to-cart in just a few taps, eliminating the need for searching.
How to Find Me (and other influencers) on ltk
Download the free LTK app (search “LTK” and select the one with the white background. The one with the dark background is for creators).
Create an account with your email.
Tap the search icon and type in the name of your favorite creators in the creator search bar. Hit follow, and you’ll see all of their current and future posts. Type in @dousedinpink to follow me!
Following your favorite influencers unlocks a curated feed of outfits and products they share. No algorithm games, no missed posts. As soon as something new is uploaded, it pops right into your app.

Tap the Photo: Each image opens with product thumbnails underneath. You’ll see the exact item when it’s in stock. If a piece is sold out, I try to include similar items that match the style and feel of what I’m wearing.
Scroll & Select: Love those wide-leg jeans? Tap their thumbnail, LTK takes you straight to the item on the retailer’s page.
Heart Your Favorites: Tap the little heart icon to save items or full looks to your “Favorites” folder. It’s especially helpful if you’re unsure whether to purchase yet or want to keep an eye on price drops.
Filter by Category: On my LTK page, you’ll see catergories for trending products, gift guides, product sets, videos and more.
Insider Tips
Stock Alerts: Sold-out sizes will reappear. Toggle “Notify When Available” on any item, and the app will ping you the moment it’s back.
Exclusive App-Only Content: I post my daily outfits, sale alerts, and try-on videos that never hit the blog or Instagram grid. Following on LTK means you won’t miss them.
Price Drops: The LTK app automatically tracks discounts. If a blazer you liked last week goes on sale, you’ll get a notification.
Why I Love Using LTK
I don’t just use the LTK app as a creator, I genuinely love it as a shopper too. It’s one of my go-to tools for discovering new influencers, brands, and keeping track of pieces I’ve been eyeing. I can favorite items to build out seasonal wishlists, get notified when something goes on sale, and quickly revisit links when I’m ready to check out. No more trying to remember where I saw that cute top or digging through screenshots.
It also saves me a ton of time. Instead of hopping from site to site, I can browse outfit inspiration from women whose style I trust, all in one place.
And while I love that LTK makes shopping easier, I also appreciate that it’s become an additional source of income for my blog and business.
